If the fruit variety you’ve ordered is out of season or not of great quality at requested time of shipment, we will substitute with another variety of equal or greater value, depending on crop availability.
A Simple Promise… guaranteed fresh and good.
If we ever disappoint you, please let us know… we’re only human and citrus fruit is a perishable product. We will replace any citrus to your RECIPIENT if they are not satisfied due to spoilage upon delivery to a UPS/USPS verified address and recipient is in town at time of first delivery attempt.
All spoilage claims must be reported to Dooley Groves in writing by the gift Recipient within 10 days of package delivery for a timely replacement to be sent.
