If the fruit variety you've
ordered is out of season or not of great quality at requested time of
shipment, we will substitute with another variety of equal or greater
value, depending on crop availability.

we're only human and citrus fruit is a perishable product.
We will replace
any citrus to your RECIPIENT if they are not satisfied due to spoilage upon
delivery to a FEDEX/USPS verified address and recipient is in town
at time of first delivery attempt.
